The Associate Advisor role is one of support and training in all aspects of working with clients to give advice and deliver solid financial plans. This role is a steppingstone towards a lead advisor position. The primary role of the associate advisor is to draft financial plans, support the lead advisor, train client service administrators (when applicable) on the process, tools and methodology used by the team and engage in teamwork/team building.
• Draft client financial plans by gathering data, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development and presentations development
• Perform asset allocation analysis necessary for client onboarding & portfolio reviews
• Create custom analysis of financial decisions
• Prepare presentations and other materials necessary for client meetings
• Answer routine client questions and service requests
• Attending client meetings and taking extensive notes
• Learn the technical aspects of the advisor position in preparation of future promotion to service clients independently
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Office applications
• Series 65
• Able to quickly master the general tools of the profession – financial planning software, analytical tools and custodian systems

The Client Service Administrator (CSA) position is critical for achieving leverage of the Senior Lead and Lead advisor’s time. This specific position will be working on the most experienced team at the firm, overseeing all aspects of client onboarding and administration with a high level of professionalism and care, possessing the attitude, effort and demeanor of an executive assistant.
• Interfaces with the custodians to open new accounts, update account information, fill out necessary forms and perform routine tasks such as updating mailing or other instructions
• Building rapport and strong relationships with clients
• Attending client meetings and taking extensive notes as required
• Working directly with new clients on and managing the administrative side of onboarding
• Overseeing all aspects of the Sr Lead Advisors’ calendar for scheduling purposes as well as coordination of work meetings with outside professional meetings
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment industry preferred
• Experience with client engagement and customer service
• Expert working knowledge of Office applications, CRM systems
• Excellent oral and written communication
• A seasoned pro in Maintaining a positive disposition and attitude with both clients and team members
